About Saier Sadiq

I am an alumni of Claremont Graduate University,(CGU). I have an MBA with a concentration in strategy and an MA in organizational behavior & evaluation. Before attending CGU, I had considerable experience in teaching in the adult education division of LAUSD. Hoping to leverage my teaching skills along with the business development, change management and strategic analysis that my graduate education has provided, I want to be a part of a movement rather than merely a workforce. I am particularly interested in helping shape organizations for the future. I am highly trained in addressing acculturation, workplace identity, managing stress, burnout & work-life balance, employee motivation, work-related attitudes & turnover, conflict resolution in the workplace and communication. I am also well versed in handling leadership and power issues in highly politically charged environments. Behavior in organizations is a function of an individual\'s ability, his/her motivation, and the constraints in the situation. Thus it is not enough to analyze only behaviors. Understanding concepts of competitive strategy, industry analysis & strategic positioning, resources & capabilities, differentiation and low cost, core competencies, horizontal & vertical integration are vital to a sustainable business model. I also have an extensive educational background as well as relevant experience to help align the goals of your organization to the right strategic framework. Together we can map out a blueprint to help delineate and forge a path that can lead to a more promising tomorrow.
