   Change Lead for Accenture’s workstation compliance teams, driving enterprise-wide adoption of compliance solutions and AI agents across 750K+ end users. Enabled technology teams to successfully launch and scale global workstation compliance programs through structured change strategy, targeted communications, and enablement. Delivered $109K in cost savings through compliance agent adoption and ticket deflection, led UAT for compliance AI agents, drove campaigns to reduce non-compliant devices using data-driven, behaviourally informed messaging. Strengthened service desk fulfillers capability by owning the compliance knowledge ecosystem—building 20+ learning and remediation guides, maintaining a central knowledge base, and managing two Viva Engage channels to deliver timely updates on compliance changes. Defined end-to-end security enforcement compliance communication cycle, continuously refining messaging and channels to drive sustained reduction in non-compliance- Acted as Service Area Coach for Infrastructure Managed Services, coaching 30 IMS Change teams (100 practitioners) on behavioural science–led change adoption, GenAI tools (Copilot and internal agents), communications, change measurement, and analytics dashboards.
