As HR Site Lead for the Citi Solutions Centre (CSC) in Mississauga, I work closely with the Site\'s Senior Leadership Team on HR related matters, and facilitates connectivity across HR disciplines to design and implement solutions at the site.• Responsible for ensuring compliance with Human Resources regulatory requirements. Managing HR risk, control and governance activities to maintain safety and soundness at the CSC.• Identifies and evaluates to Country Human Resources Officer (CHRO), any breach or gap which may represent a risk to the franchise.• Ensures completion of all operational processes, working closely with internal stakeholders raising any concern which may impact to any internal policy, federal or provincial regulation.• Provides capital metrics reports in quarterly basis to the CSC Senior Leadership Team, besides CCTS Board of Directors related on matters align to governance compliance, including preparation of presentation materials and actions related to other HR disciplines.• Provides advice and accompaniment to other HR partners accross the world who provide support to Canada\'s businesses, on issues or concerns related to local regulations and laws.
