As the founder of an AI-driven EdTech startup, I have been dedicated to transforming education for over 600 students across Central Asia. Our digital platform, powered by personalized AI learning paths, has driven measurable improvements, including a 15% boost in overall grades and average SAT/ACT score increases of 200 and 10 points, respectively. The platform is now implemented in more than four schools, creating impactful change in both teaching and learning outcomes.Building this company from the ground up, I’ve learned to navigate the strategic and operational challenges of EdTech in emerging markets. Managing a team of over 30 talented individuals, I’ve focused on scaling our mission and tech infrastructure, while ensuring our core values—innovation, access, and measurable value—remain at the heart of what we do.Currently, as I lead our expansion strategy into the US market, I continue to draw insights from this journey to inform my broader vision for Shoks and future ventures in startup investment. The experience has deepened my commitment to educational equity and inspired me to leverage AI and entrepreneurship to unlock upward mobility for students worldwide. I hope to gain more experience in Business Consulting to see how I could expand more and grow my project alongside with other Startup Ventures together.
