I am a Toronto-based finance professional with a passion for venture building and creating value for startups. I am working on a contractual basis and as part of a financial advisory firm. I also have my own independent consulting company and an olen to new contracts. Looking to work on raising capital for startups, mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling and valuation projects. Previously building value at Dwello as VP of in Finance. Working as a Financial Analyst in the Aerospace & Defense industry in Los Angeles before moving to Toronto in late 2020. Working as an independent financial advisor during the past four years has added valuable experience in my analysis & strategy capabilities, predominantly within Mergers & Acquisitions and in the Venture Capital/Startup space where I have assisted in securing funding for pre-seed & early-stage startups. Graduated in December 2018 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Finance from the Boston University Questrom School of Business. Previously an investment analyst at the Boston University Finance and Investment Club. Interned at London based fintech firm Pockit as a Business Analyst and as an audit intern at EY Middle East.
