ABOUT SAID FOROUDIAN
During my experience in building mechanical service engineering, I have covered complete engineering process from conceptual stage (Pre-feasibility and feasibility study), detail design and site installation / commissioning supervision. I have extensive experiences for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems design for both residential and industrial projects. I am familiar with applicable nation codes and national /international standards. I have prepared many technical specifications, construction bid packages and performed cost estimation, tender administration and vendor and construction bids evaluation during my past projects. For construction projects, I have supported project team to provide required documents/drawings during permitting procedures. I am able to interpret the client’s requirements either to design new and life extension of old systems, associated cost estimation and provides practical technical suggestions or trouble shoot of the existing systems and provide technical support during site installation and commissioning. I have achieved time, cost and quality objectives in my previous projects.I am member of Professional Engineers of Ontario and also member of OIQ (Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec).
