Strong believer and follower of design thinking and its effects on organizations. I have 10+ years of experience in Product Design & Management. Here are some quick highlights on my professional experience- Worked with Home Depot, Verizon, Dell, MARS, Amerisave, Infosys, BigBasket, TCS in analyzing, strategizing and delivering omni-channel solutions in form of products and services- Worked in a wide range of domains including Retail, E-comm, Omni-Channel Marketing Automation, Telecom, Health, Banking and Finance- Over the past 8 years I helped 9 startups (2 B2B & 7 B2C) to scale during their initial and developing stages- Designed and developed 14 SaaS products that provide digital services across the globe- Managed cross functional teams and enjoyed working, collaborating with Engineers, Data Scientists, Designers and Managers across the globe- Mentored, inspired teams as a people manager and helped companies recruit competent employees to accelerate teams productivity and performance.Apart from the above, I always aim to win and keep a smile on my face and others around me.
