Good experience of using Boolean Strings.• Expert in dealing with IT requirements like Java/J2EE.NET, Oracle, SQL, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, SAP requirements, Web Application Developers, QA, Testing, etc for Contract, Contract-to-hire and full time positions.• Working with Citizens, Green Card Holders, and H1B’s, TN Permit holders and others and well versed with Tax terms like W2, Corp-Corp (C2C) and Contract-to-hire (C2H).• Maintained an efficient vendor database, with the help of which I could successfully deliver right IT people in right time.• Maintaining an effective communication with employers and consultant for rate/salary negotiations.Client: Apex Systems.
