I didn’t get into security to follow playbooks. I got into it to understand how systems break and how attackers actually think. That curiosity pushed me into working across cloud security, detection engineering,DevSecOps and security operations. Over time, I realized finding issues isn’t enough the real impact comes from building systems that detect, scale, and respond without constant human intervention. That’s where I focus today. I work at the intersection of security and engineering designing detections, improving visibility, and automating workflows across cloud environments. Whether it’s analyzing logs, building detection pipelines, or integrating security into CI/CD, I care about one thing: making security actually work in real environments. My background spans Linux systems, multi-cloud platforms, and modern DevOps tooling. But more importantly, I know how these pieces connect and where they break in practice. I’m especially interested in detection engineering and cloud-native security. I like building things from scratch, stress-testing them, and making them production-ready — not just theoretical. I built CloudSOC-OpenSource a reference architecture for modern cloud SOC operations using open-source tooling. I also spend time sharing what I learn, because most people entering this space don’t lack motivation they lack clarity. I’m not trying to be “normal” in this field. I’m trying to be effective.
