I am a Managing Director and Senior Partner with The Boston Consulting Group. I head the firm’s Technology & Digital Advantage (TDA) practice in India with 25 years of experience in the sector across US, Europe and South Asia. I work closely with central and state ministries covering topics such as digitalisation of public procurement, National and State AI Missions and Digital Public Infrastructure. I have also served some of India’s largest PSUs on their technology modernisation agenda. In the private sector, I have led multiple engagements in digital and IT strategy, IT sourcing, IT cost optimisation, technology / next-generation digital organisation design, shared services transformations, and post-merger integrations.Prior to joining BCG, I spent ten years at Booz & Company (formerly Booz Allen Hamilton) serving the technology agenda of large financial services, energy, and public sector clients, mostly in Europe. Prior to Booz & Company, I worked as a software engineer and a technology architect at IBM, Lockheed Martin, and e-commerce startups—mostly in the US.I hold an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad and a B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur.
