I’m a Systems Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting MSP and enterprise environments, where uptime, reliability, and clear communication really matter.Most of my work sits at the intersection of infrastructure, cloud, and escalation support. I regularly step in when issues go beyond day-to-day troubleshooting — whether that’s stabilizing Windows and Linux systems, resolving complex outages, or improving cloud and virtualized environments across Azure and VMware.I enjoy working in fast-paced, client-facing environments, especially MSP-style setups where no two environments are the same. I’m comfortable jumping into unfamiliar systems, quickly identifying root cause, and driving issues to resolution while keeping stakeholders informed along the way.Technically, my background includes Windows Server (AD, GPO), Microsoft 365, Azure infrastructure, VMware, Linux, firewalls, and networking. I also care a lot about documentation, process improvement, and automation, because good systems should be repeatable and easy to support — not dependent on tribal knowledge.I’m someone who takes ownership, supports teammates through escalations, and is always looking to grow technically.
