Project 1 : Consumer Banking contextual Marketing (Nov 2019 – Present) Organization : DBS Asia Hub2 Pvt Ltd Client : DBS Bank Singapore region Environment : HCL Campaign (Unica), HCL Interact, SQL, SAS Project Description: DBS is the largest Retail Bank in Singapore with over 4.5 Million customers offering a broad range of Products and Services to the Consumer Banking customers, Part of Cards and Unsecured Loan team, where in we need to build campaigns to acquire new customers by targeting right segment of customers and increase customer base and product revenue. Targeting existing customers with contextual marketing campaigns by promoting DBS products and with partner commitment campaigns. Optimizing the existing campaigns with smart business logic to increase customer base and ROI. Responsibilities: Managing 50+ marketing offers sent to the customers via various channels on weekly and monthly basis. Working closely with product team to understand business requirement and building accurate campaign setup. Building campaigns with proper customer segmentation and targeting them via various marketing channels like Email, Direct Mail, SMS, Push Notes, Online Cross sell, OLS, OMNI. Creating appropriate QC to ensure campaign set up meets all campaign requirements. Participating in the initiatives to improve the efficiency of campaign execution. Troubleshooting and investigating issues related to campaign deliveries when required. Managing end to end campaign execution and improving effectiveness of campaign based on campaign analytics.
