handling payment processing activies like advance claims, employment processing, vendor processing, vigiliance awareness and other reimbursements, verifying tax invoices and calculations. verifying and approving claims as per dop matrix. doing approval for expenditure reimbursement / Gst claim approvals, imprest claim, Managing general ledgers under sap Fi( financial accounting ), managing and controlling gst payments and cashflows as well. understanding of composite supply, mixed supply, place of supply, types of tax payers, RCM, GTA, composition person services, also applying one of the gst MASTER CODES. we are using HSN/sac codes, WORLD CUSTOMS ORGANISATIONS ( WTO) who develops that codes. posting relevant expenses in relevant/ respective g/L codes which helps to maintain RELEVANCE and RELIABILITY of financial statements.till now, all transactions are handled home currency only. we are using cost centre which helps to track / allocate expenses in different segment such as PGCIL, PG teleservices Ltd. cost centre is crucial for budgeting, financial reporting and cost control. also important for applicability of gst to a business segment itc may or may not be claimed. WBS also used. As a FINANCE APPROVER, Every day we handling LAKHS OF RUPEES bills so that we carefully reads the dop matrix, notesheets, analysing the particular item, veryfing payment proof by applying sec v 40 ( a) income tax provision, purpose of that cost and passes the bills to another pre final approver. by applying BUSINESS ENTITY CONCEPT, bills to be verified in the name of corporation but not only a person name / personal expenditure. checking whether it\'s a fake tax invoice or not by using gst identification number in gst portal and gst rates. if any accounting discrepancies are happened our approver will identify and analyse and rectified. assisted in MIS reports,costing preparation, applied accounting standards like ppe, asset/substation reviews.
