   Analyze the business requirements and determining technical feasibility of implementation.Design and implement Okta based flows for user creation and provisioning to multiple subsystems, as to facilitate role-based Authentication/Authorization/Single Sign-On (SSO) between various business applications.• Work hands-on on Okta, to configure applications, policies, branding customizations in order to implement Proof-Of-Concepts then propagate to Development, UAT and Production environments.• Carrying out installation, upgrades, configuration and deployments of all the new releases in DEV, SIT and UAT environments for Netiq Identity and Access Management systems and automate process with Ansible.• Development and Proof of Concept efforts for Single Sign On to applications through Netiq and Okta using SAML and custom authentication.• Troubleshoot issues during the deployments, coordinating with various other departments who are involved in the project and then escalate unresolved issues to development.• Performing stress and quality tests, license tools and check the volume of user accounts.• Developing load balancing along with Cert installations on JKS key store and configuration on the web servers that are integrated to NAM.• Generate monitoring reports of all the servers’ application level and server level while making and linking this process with system hardening.• Documentation of Installation and Configuration, documenting processes and process changes when a new internal application is integrated and being tested.• Work with development and architecture team to review application designs and provide review comments and contribute in solutions proposals.• Study and identify any gaps in backend core service layer for achieving desired functionality, meet security standards and performance requirements for business needs.• Implements automated unit and integration tests through Ansible and ensures the practice is followed consistently.
