A passionate HR and finance professional, I bring forth a unique blend of expertise in recruitment, talent management, and financial competencies from international landscapes. As an HRPA Member I continue to aspire for the CHRP designation, I aim to contribute and grow further in my HR journey, leveraging my multifaceted experiences and skills. My educational journey progressed through George Brown College in Toronto, reflecting a continuous quest for knowledge and excellence in Human Resources Management and International Business Management. My professional journey boasts of diverse experiences - from executing strategic human resources projects at Creative Interio in Bangalore to an intensive HR & Recruitment internship at Randstad, Toronto, where I spearheaded full-cycle recruitments across Canada for renowned clients like TJX, Levi\'s, and FedEx. Moreover, my current role at Farm Boy and past association with Staff Shop in Toronto have further honed my skills in staffing and supervision. Recognized thrice on the Dean’s Honour List at George Brown College and my commitment to academia is undoubted. I\'ve also translated theoretical knowledge into practice with academic projects ranging from employee training design for King Edward Hotel to creating a meticulous recruitment plan for Netflix. An advocate for continuous learning, I\'ve fortified my skills with certifications in Microsoft Suite, AWS, SAP, Tableau, and multiple HR-centric courses, ensuring I stay at the forefront of the HR realm. My skill set encompasses key HR aspects like labour relations, compliance, talent management, and more.
