Handling multiple project’s supply chain activities simultaneously with the focus of fulfilling technical & commercial aspects and respective project timeline requirements. Generating cost savings to the company across the projects being handled through commercial negotiations in multiple commodities. Identifying critical supplies across projects & arriving contingency plan to ensure smooth progress in the project. Arriving expedition plans for ensuring the cost booking targets in return to generate cash flow to the company. Presenting weekly updates & monthly executive level slides on the supply chain progress, risks, challenges & opportunities across respective projects. Closely working with all the stakeholders/CFT for seamless execution of projects.Commodities : Raw material –Exotic metals in Aerospace standard, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel & other commercial gradesat Mill levels. Forging – Various forging(Open die & Ring) of Exotic metals, Alloy steel & Carbon steel. Bought outs – Electrical, Electronics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Fasteners, Rubber & mechanical bought-outs for various Defence and Aerospace projects.Machining & Special process - Components as per sketch involving various machining processes & special processes like plating. Jigs & Fixtures – Critical & Non-Critical tooling, Jigs & Fixtures as per design for several projects.
