As a student at UNC-Chapel Hill, I\'m passionate about exploring the fascinating intersections of Biology, Sports Science, Physiology, and Medicine. My research and academic foci center on understanding how these disciplines work together to optimize human performance and push the boundaries of what\'s possible, which I explore through coursework as a Biology major as well as through work as an Undergraduate Researcher in both the Department of Exercise and Sport Science as well as the Applied Physical Sciences department. An avid sports enthusiast, I maintain an active lifestyle through various activities: running, biking, boxing, basketball, tennis, soccer, and ping-pong. I complement these physical pursuits with games like chess and trivia. My love for sports extends to following European Football, Formula 1, Basketball, Cricket, Football, and Baseball.Beyond athletics, I cultivate a wide variety of interests. I\'m an enthusiastic cinephile and bibliophile with a particular appreciation for animation, while my culinary adventures in the kitchen allow me to explore the creative aspects of nutrition and well-being. Music serves as a constant companion throughout these diverse pursuits.I aspire to combine my interests and pursue a career path as a Surgeon, Researcher, and Writer/Journalist. This unique combination will allow me to impact lives in the operating room, gain knowledge about human health and performance through scientific investigation, and share compelling human stories that inspire and educate others about health, resilience, and the pursuit of excellence.
