Expert in BCP & GCI machines like Wheel loader, Backhoe loader, Skid steer loader & excavator• Strong collaboration & rapport with OEM Like Caterpillar Ashok Leyland Kirloskar and Avtec limited.• Deal with 4 SBU’s and control more than 140 branches levels for the trouble shooting in BCP machines and Warranty Goodwill approvals.• Evaluate failure analysis reports and take corrective action for the root cause of the failure and taking up with CAT for STD warranty/GOODWILL/ Pro rata approval.• Construct Initial Warranty claims story in SAP and cross check the parts and transmit claims.• Upload Failure History along with failure analysis report in CAT Website.(SIMSi).• Raise Goodwill requests on PSCRM website & prepare claim stories (7C\'s) along with price calculation.• Compile and take up reliability issues with Caterpillar and warranty issue with CAT Rep for an immediate solution.• Follow up with all Branches on the failed part request sent to OEM and coordinate on the same.• Follow up with OEM for support on any major failures and maintain the stock availability to reduce the break down• time (MTTR).• Coordinate with the CAT team on the validation for various programs & payment follow ups.• Yearly working 4 SBU requirements PPEs and Tools service jeep required for the job get quote from local vendor and finalizing order.• Monitor the warranty machines maintenance as per the OEM norms.• Priorities & Coordinate with all branches work for any PSP / PIP Service letter release from OEM to reduce breakdowns.• Circulate all updates from OEM on the product until reaches front line stakeholders• Provide technical solution to Field Service Engineer• Validate machines & parts as per CAT request and provide updates regularly to them• Yearly working 4 SBU requirements PPEs and Tools service jeep required for the job get quote from local vendor and finalizing order.
