Manage a team of developers (6-8 directly and 3-4 indirectly) working enrollment and core claims modules- Responsible for setting customer success, product road maps, project execution management & quality management- Leading the development of a flexible and scalable framework for processing the enrollments and enabling the workflows associated with it. Creating efficient solutions to meet complex health plan organization\'s needs around their lines of business such as commercial, medicare, market place and employer based insurance plans- Worked on delivering multiple projects with high quality on the core claims areas such as scalable flexible claims payment processes, complex health reimbursement arrangements etc.
