Built an end-to-end Gen AI system that takes the clinical research documents with both images and text using VisualBERT and Open AI CLIP(Contrastive Language–Image Pre-Training) which are the top multimodal pipeline that analysis both text and images form the clinical documents with a quick Zero-Shot Learning technique. Fine-tuned Clinical BERT for NER: Utilizing a fine-tuned Clinical BERT and BioBERT model for Named Entity Recognition (NER), the system is optimized for the extraction of clinical entities from medical texts.Built a clinical note extraction system using BlueBERT and is a BERT-based model pretrained on PubMed abstracts and clinical notes from for clinical term recognition. Specifically tailored for both biomedical literature and clinical text.Enhanced via Multi-Task Joint Learning: The model is augmented with multi-task joint learning to concurrently recognize both clinical and non-clinical entities, such as age, gender, race, and social history, facilitating a comprehensive analysis of patient health. Comprehensive Patient Health Understanding: This approach enables a holistic understanding of patient profiles by integrating diverse data points, contributing to more accurate and personalized healthcare insights.
