Managing end to end implementation for this huge and complex Oracle Fusion Upgrade from legacy EBS system, using Agile momentum OUM methodology and using Project management tools like PMC, Octane and Microsoft Projects etc.• Preparation of Project Charter, proposals, and SOW, develop project estimates, milestone tracking, develop staffing plans and advise on implementation strategy.• Proactive Risk mitigation and timely identification of Issues and escalating/managing resolution as required.• Capture, assign and Manage project issues and drive the team toward resolution of all documented issues.• Responsible for assembling a quality team, appraisal management as well as managing Project Budget with respect to Project completion timeline and any contingencies that may arise.• ITC and Cutover lead taking proactive measures to mitigate any risk surrounding client escalations.• Provide Daily/Weekly status reporting to key stakeholders/senior leadership on various Project delivery items including Decision items, Issues, Risks etc.• Lead critical Design Demos, and CRP sessions across project phases right from inception to UAT.• Chairing CCB meetings for key Design changes affecting the Project delivery.• R2R SME for critical Finance modules like GL, Budgetary Control, Financial Reporting and FA.• Prepared RFP response for various potential clients across Banking, LSHC, Public Sector and Oil & Gas industries.• Performed Fit Gap Analysis and Chart of Account Mapping.
