At LSEG, I lead full-cycle Workday integration development for global payroll systems, covering all phases from requirements gathering to deployment and hypercare support. I’ve built PICOF and PECI integrations across multiple countries, including complex custom Workday Studio integrations, while also delivering Core HCM integrations for employee, position, and cost center data. My hands-on experience includes inbound integration development to import payroll run results and the use of Workday tools such as Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and Workday Report Writer. I work extensively with XML, JSON, XSLT, SOAP, REST, WSDL, and secure data transfer protocols like SFTP and HTTP.
