Experience in early clinical development and late clinical development required for complete Clinical Pharmacology package. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop Protocol, IB, CRF and ICF documents / amendments and present these to governance committee and early clinical development team meetings. Performed Phase I clinical studies as a part of SUPAC changes and studied the effect of hepatic and renal impairment on the PK. The integration of population PK/PD modeling, leveraging NONMEM, R and Monolix, has significantly enhanced our project outcomes.
