About Sai Prasad
I’m Sai Prasad Birru, a passionate and dedicated Graduate Engineer Trainee currently working at Evonith Metallic Ltd in Wardha, Maharashtra. I hold a BTech in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from MGIT (2025) and a diploma from JNGP (2022).I’ve worked on real-time industrial challenges during my internship at Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), Vizag, where I focused on mould life and casting speed optimisation. Additionally, I contributed to research at Defence Metallurgical Research Laboratory (DMRL), Hyderabad, analyzing the effect of ball milling parameters on chemical homogeneity in tungsten heavy alloys.My core interests include casting, heat treatment, powder metallurgy, and light metals and alloys.I was honored to be a recipient of the National Means Cum Merit Scholarship, awarded by the Government of India during my school years.Currently, I’m aiming to grow my expertise in the steel and advanced materials industry while contributing to efficient and sustainable metallurgical processes.
