Coordinate production schedules with site and regional teams to ensure on-time delivery of power distribution equipment, maintaining proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders on progress, risks, and changes.• Collaborate with Production, Materials, Engineering, Sales, Shipping, and Field Service to manage change orders, back orders, and late-stage project issues while protecting customer deliverables.• Monitor production output, identify potential risks, and escalate issues as needed, actively participate in weekly production and factory meetings to align priorities, and mitigate schedule and supply risks.• Serve as the primary coordination point for field service change notices and component or manufactured-part supply support, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.• Communicate field-driven design changes to engineering, production, and procurement teams, tracking implementation to ensure smooth handoffs and minimal disruption.• Support factory material tracking for field service work, maintaining accurate tools, logs, and documentation.• Document and align project execution processes with sister factories to drive consistency, standardization, and efficiency across operations.• Collaborate with Quality & Reliability (Q&R) teams to support factory initiatives, investigate customer feedback, and initiate or support corrective actions for field-identified quality issues.• Coordinate and support factory acceptance testing (FAT) and Factory witness test (FWT), managing quality documentation to ensure all customer and regulatory requirements are consistently met.
