Key Responsibilities:• 80% of the work will be dedicated in manage full-cycle recruitment to hire US IT Recruiters for internal teams (Hyderabad Office).• Source candidates through job boards, social media, internal networks, and employee referrals.• Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage candidate experience.• Evaluate technical recruiters\' backgrounds in line with US IT staffing metrics and delivery expectations.• Maintain accurate data in ATS and regularly update reports on hiring status and pipeline.• Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and recruiter performance benchmarks.
