ABOUT SAI NIKITA TUMMALA
I\'m currently working as a Senior Finance Analyst after graduating the Leadership Development Program (LDP) at Allstate, a rotational program for recent college graduates that focuses on providing exposure to several business areas and developing leadership skills such as business acumen, data analysis, people leadership, and change agility. My first rotation was in Allstate Brand Operations, where I gained project management skills and interpersonal skills through my exposure to agents and senior leaders. My second rotation was as a customer experience consultant in the Claims organization, where I implemented continuous improvement and RCPS strategies and provide coaching to employees to enable them to provide the best customer experience possible. I have a Finance and Information Systems degree from the University of Iowa, which has provided me with a strong knowledge background in finance and familiarity with the technical aspects of business information systems. I enjoy volunteering and giving back my time.
