Examples include instituting proactive monitoring practices at Doble Engineering that resulted in improving datacenter uptime from 98% to 99.99% and modernized CI at StackPath• Developed robust hiring process that incorporated evaluation of soft skills such as communication, independence, and critical thinking. Combination of hiring process, servant leadership style, skill gap remediation, and ongoing coaching has resulted in 5 employees receiving promotions to leadership roles and team’s output increased by 25% at Doble.
