1) I am a Senior Software Engineer at LinkedIn, where I\'m responsible for monitoring and scaling the API Gateway which serves as the entry point for public LinkedIn APIs, enabling backend developers to securely and efficiently expose their services to the external world. I also improved reliability of the LinkedIn Push Service, which delivers asynchronous events to external developers via registered webhooks for specific event types. Through comprehensive monitoring, proactive troubleshooting, and systematic enhancements, I significantly improved the reliability and consistency of event delivery for third-party integrations, reducing event delivery failures by 30% and implementing robust retry mechanisms that ensured 99.9% eventual delivery success across millions of daily webhook events.(2) Previously at PhonePe, I led developing the authentication system and account management features for a new project from the ground up. I worked closely with product management to determine milestones and scope, and collaborated with UX design to finalize the UI flows.
