As a Recruitment Manager and portfolio Talent Partner at Randstad Global Capability Centre, I lead and manage a team of technical recruiters and mentors who source, screen, and place IT professionals for various clients across the USA. I am responsible for supporting the structure of a high-performing recruiting operation for a large portfolio of accounts or client groups of BSC, North America.
