Before being a DevOps engineering, I\'m interested in automate the things in my daily life. Fortunately I am working as a DevOps engineer now.My core skills starts with Linux as a Operating systems where I apply this knowledge in logging & Debugging of containers as well as to automate the tasks using Shell scripting.For Version Control, Our teams uses Git & Github for maintaining the Source code. As a DevOps engineer I can well organize all the files which are usefull for Continues Deployment. For instance Jenkinsfiles, Dockerfile, Kubernetes manifests and Ansible playbooks.I feel Jenkins is like heart of DevOps means it can grip and consolidate all the Devops tools at one place which will perform CI-CD. Although I know both Scripted and Declarative pipelines, I commonly use Declarative pipelines for configuring Jenkins Pipelines.Coming to Cotainarasation part, I have good handson on writing Dockerfile for creating images and maintaining those in AWS ECR.As a part of Container Orchestration, I am good at Docker swarm as well as in Kubernetes. My team uses Kubernetes for automating and managing the containers. So there I have quite experience on managing and Debugging of pod failures. We use Argo-CD for triggering purposes and maintain Continues Delivery.In track of Observability, We use well designed Grafana dashboards which will show the Prometheus metrics.We use Terraform for provisioning the servers and Ansible for configuration the servers. I won\'t say this is a daily task but we used this when my team supporting a new team of Developers. We use Ansible regularly for patch upgrades of servers.My organization uses AWS as a Cloud provider so I have real-time handson on AWS. Additionally I also have a slight knowledge on Azure cloud which I tried the things on my own interest.After all, My daily activities includes Incident management, On-call duties for acknowledge the alerts from PagerDuty, Monitoring the Grafana dashboards, Addressing Developers with there DevOps related issues. Apart of this, I also contribute in guiding Developers on various places like Branching strategies and workflow of pipelines. If there is a new tool using, I contribute team by providing Demo/Proof of Concept on the tool. We also used to assist on provisioning and configuration of servers when required on basis of work order.Additionall skills : Powershell Scripting, SonarQube and MavenI am looking forward for a good opportunity that will helps in mutual ways for my career and for company growth.
