Hi There,I wanted to take a moment to share some reflections on my journey and the experiences that have shaped me as a professional over the years. From a young age, I found myself being groomed for leadership roles. Starting as a class monitor in school, I was always active and energetic. During my college days, I led various debates and cultural events, enjoying being at the forefront and answering teachers\' questions. These early experiences laid the foundation for my leadership journey. Over time, I learned that managing people and stakeholders is where my strengths lie. I still remember my father\'s advice when I received my first job offer. He told me to work hard, be humble, respect time, embrace challenging tasks, always be polite to others, and uphold ethical standards. His words about hard work, ethics, and compassion have significantly shaped my professional career. They taught me that taking pride in one\'s salary and maintaining integrity always pays off.I love my job and I enjoy working with my team.During the early years of my professional career, I was blessed to be mentored and coached by my seniors. This guidance helped me shape my career effectively. These experiences and values have guided me throughout my career, helping me grow as a leader and a mentor. I am as good as my team, period.Professional Snippets-I am a with a Master\'s degree in Computer Science, currently based out of Hyderabad, India. My current specialization and area of passion lie in leading Oracle Cloud packaged solutions and Digital Transformation, encompassing Practice Management, People Management, and Delivery Management which span across client, people, processes, & culture.In my current role at The Hackett Group, As a Senior Director (Practice Head/ Deliver Head), I am responsible for Oracle Cloud delivery excellence, customer focus, practice growth, and team management.I am a growth-oriented person who firmly believes in teamwork, inclusivity, and a diversified working culture.
