As the lead of the forecasting team, I projected volume and headcount for phone, email, chat, and asynchronous communication across compliance towers like anti-money laundering, sanctions, due diligence, and politically exposed persons->We forecasted daily volumes across seven towers with detailed granularity by product and level, achieving a forecast accuracy of +/-10% for both short-term and long-term forecasts by incorporating seasonal factors and trends->I participated in monthly capacity lock meetings 60 days in advance for 1,500 employees across four outsource vendors and five sites worldwide->I contributed to burndown and back-to-green plans for compliance towers by adjusting average handling time, headcount, and productivity->I created and implemented strategic and what-if scenario plans for seasonal trends throughout the year across each tower by forecasting volume and developing capacity plans that have a real-time impact->We used machine learning models like ARMA, ARIMA, Prophet, TBATS, and Naïve models for forecasting, utilizing Python for programming and Power BI and advanced Excel for visual representation->I worked on internal projects focused on forecasting headcounts for Genpact, analyzing historical data and factors like verticals, account, location, skillset, justification, employee band, domain, and other metrics->We collaborated with a printing manufacturing company to optimize upsell and cross-sell strategies, predict customer churn, determine optimal contract renewal times, and score opportunities->We managed the project from data understanding to model delivery for each use case and are now automating and deploying solutions.
