Responsibilities:• Writing and posting technical job descriptions• Sourcing potential candidates through job portals• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities• Draft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers• Following up on the interview process status• Screening resumes of the candidates based on the job description available• Shortlisting resumes based on several search factors such as skills, recently updated resume, location,experience, previous employers etc.• After interview sharing feedback with the employee.
