ABOUT SAI KATE
As a graduate research assistant at Georgia Tech, I am pursuing a master\'s degree in biomedical engineering, where I apply my skills in experimental instrumentation and data analysis to solve complex problems in the field of neuroscience and neurotechnology. I have over two years of work experience in engineering and research, including a summer internship at the Allen Institute, where I contributed to two projects: 1. Detecting higher order connectivity in a statistical connectome. Validation of Hebbian cell assemblies in structural data. I was also a graduate engineering trainee at Emerson, where I supported the design and testing of instrumentation and control systems. I am passionate about innovation and learning, and I aim to leverage my education and experience to advance the knowledge and applications of neuroscience. I hold a bachelor\'s degree in instrumentation and control engineering from Cummins College of Engineering for Women, and I have completed multiple online courses and certifications in programming and data science. I enjoy collaborating with diverse and interdisciplinary teams.
