ABOUT SAI HASITHA THONTEPU
I’ve always believed that leadership is less about titles and more about creating ripples of change. That belief has shaped my journey, from mentoring peers in my Bachelor\'s to leading a 40-member NGO, and now, founding the Leeds branch of 180 Degrees Consulting. Currently enrolled as a Master’s student in Organisational Psychology and Business at the University of Leeds, I’ve led sustainability and decolonisation initiatives, won the Oxfam Sustainability Challenge, and presented award-winning research. But the true reward has been seeing ideas turn into action and action into impact. My aspiration is simple: to design solutions that don’t just work in theory but transform communities in practice, as I strive to engage in a cause beyond myself.
