As Delivery Manager, the role involves overseeing engagement management functions within ICW projects. Responsibilities include managing project stakeholders such as business and application owners, product owners, business analysts, IT teams, and external parties. The Applications involved are Insurity, PDE, Snap, Snowflake, Agent Portals, Salesforce, Datawarehouse, and QA managed services. • Manage a 110-member team across the USA, India, and Mexico with a $9M annual budget. • Lead project initiation, planning, and execution for multiple ICW engagements. • Oversee project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk mitigation. • Coordinate resources with ICW Program Managers and gather performance feedback. • Benchmark and adjust team capacity based on delivery results. • Implement cross-training to build self-reliant teams for code reviews, deployments, and QA. • Conduct monthly knowledge-sharing sessions to foster innovation. • Align AI-driven testing strategies and tool assessments with ICW. • Represent LTIMindtree in strategic discussions with stakeholders. • Review delivery progress in-person and address customer concerns. • Finalize transformation roadmaps during onsite visits. • Ensure projects remain within scope, timelines, and budget; monitor risks/issues. • Report status regularly and maintain connections with leads and SPOCs. • Track Agile metrics with Jira and standardize agile practices. • Escalate issues as needed and conduct periodic project reviews. • Support onboarding and knowledge transfer for new hires. • Expand automation in QA and repetitive tasks. • Integrate ideas from LTIM COE and ICW teams. • Participate in governance meetings and ensure alignment with leadership. • Continuously improving team efficiency and code quality. • Managed overall portfolio financials, including Profit and Loss (P&L) and performance metrics. • Ensured compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards.
