Performance review of associates Identify automation areas and approaching data management team to execute the automation. Biweekly calls with clients to discuss the team performance and improvement areas.Settlements team supports Equity and Fixed income securities settlements via DTCC. Team interacts with middle office business partners, various operations teams, and external clients & depositories, perform fail control by escalating unresolved discrepancies to management and issue notices to counterparties for buyin execution and retransmit or borrow positions for probable buyin against our client
