Experience in integrating JIRA with CI/CD pipeline as defect tracking system and configured workflows to automate deployment and issue tracking. Knowledge on Cloud technologies including Infrastructure as a service, Platform as a service, Software as a Service (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Strong fundamental understanding of platforms: Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL & CentOS), Windows XP/Vista/7/8 and Windows Server 2003/2008/2012. Extensive experience in Linux/Unix system administration, system builds, Installations, Upgrades, Patches, Migration, Trouble shooting on RHEL 4.x/5.x/6.x/7.x Ability to communicate requirements effectively to team members and manage applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations. Ability to learn new technical concepts and systems.
