ABOUT SAI AYALURI

As a Research Aide at Arizona State University, I assist Ph.D. students on multiple projects related to construction materials and methods. I conduct weekly assessments of material requirements, execute sieving and batching processes, and optimize mix designs. I apply my analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure the quality and efficiency of the research outcomes.I am also a Construction Management student at ASU, with a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from VRSEC. My education has equipped me with a solid foundation in scheduling, estimating, delivery methods, and managing RFIs and change orders. I have one year of experience as a Civil Engineer at MBMR Realestate Pvt Ltd, where I created architectural plans, contract documents, and structural models for various projects, achieving cost and time savings. I am passionate about embracing lean and sustainable practices to shape the future of construction.I am a hands-on and visually-oriented learner, who actively pursues opportunities to broaden my expertise in this field. I firmly believe in continuous learning and professional development, which I consider fundamental to my personal and career growth. I am highly motivated to contribute to projects that prioritize efficiency, sustainability, and innovation.
