Acted as the primary point of escalation for purchasing team for Assurance of Supply (AoS) issues for Cardiology and Patient Monitoring products with annual revenue accumulation of $500M • Coached and managed a new team of 8 dotted line reports to clear supply chain and purchasing roadblocks and assisted in portfolio management. • Served as the Supply Chain Site lead to mitigate immediate e-component, plastic and resin related supply disruptions and develop long term strategic plans to implement dual sourcing, forecast modelling and Vendor Managed Inventory. • Served as the product lead for Cardiology and Patient monitor processes, minimizing supply disruptions and improving the Clear to Build Metric from 36.7% to 48.1% over 2 quarters. • Represented OMM in business handshake with the customers, S & Op, Factory and drive supply base capacity to meet customer needs and capture revenue upsides. Secured and fulfilled deals of $14M for 2021 • Managed a supply base of 171 suppliers (3900 parts) across all commodities with an spend of $110M in a Make-to-Order business model • Led improvement activities with suppliers to increase CLIP from 39% in Q2 to 75% in Q3. • Served as the site lead for developing quarterly Inventory forecast for the business and mitigate fluctuations to meet 2021 AOP • Led a team of 3 to optimize inventory levels (unhealthy and blocked) in the factory. Achieved a reduction of $2.5M. Developed a project plan to drive down unhealthy inventory by $5.7M in Q4. • Played a pivotal role in the transformation of OMM organization in co-ordination with the OpEx team and deployed new ways of working to address process gaps in ERP system.
