About Sahra Kaboli-Nejad
I am a Social Impact and DE & I strategist dedicated to building equitable systems at the intersection of business, community, and culture. Across all topics, I lead with a clear purpose: to build equitable systems and create access to opportunity for historically excluded communities. My expertise lies in transforming high-level purpose into scalable global programs that drive both measurable community impact and business value. Most recently, I spearheaded the foundation of On\'s flagship social impact program. I led the initiative from a ground-up concept to a global execution model, scaling annual support from $100K to $7M in under four years. My approach combines rigorous data synthesis with empathetic stakeholder management to turn \"movement\" into a catalyst for social change through our portfolio of programs that include: Right To Run partnerships, Entrepreneurship Program, Advocacy efforts, and teammate engagement. I thrive when distilling complex research into actionable strategies that shift mindsets and dismantle barriers, ultimately creating an equitable and better world. Areas of Expertise:Social Impact & CSR Strategy: Scaling global grants, in-kind support, and grassroots partnerships.Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE & I): Building inclusive frameworks and equitable internal systems.Executive Stakeholder Management: Aligning C-suite objectives with community-based needs.Program Growth: Leading end-to-end strategy from initial pilot to multi-million dollar global scaling.Public Speaking & Advocacy: Translating corporate mission into compelling cultural narratives.I am always looking to connect with leaders moving the needle on equity and innovation. Let’s build a better world, together.
