I’m an accomplished Certified Scrum Master, Agile Business analyst & Project Manager passionate about coaching, leading and guiding cross functional teams to perform at their highest potential. I have significant experience in Program management & Portfolio Governance with knowledge in Financial Domain, Retail domain, Automotive domain, Cloud infrastructure & Mortgage environment leading geographically dispersed teams.I have been selected by senior management on multiple occasions to spearhead new methodologies like agile Transformations to create a nimble organization delivering business value.
