Ms. Sahiti Sadasivuni is an accomplished Architect and Urban Planner with over nine years of diverse experience across both private and public sectors. Her expertise spans urban and rural planning, with a strong focus on sustainable development, master planning, regional planning, and smart city initiatives. She has contributed significantly to strategy development, policy recommendations, data analytics, project management, and business development across sectors such as tourism, heritage, economy, infrastructure, transportation, and the environment.Currently, she serves as a Manager at PwC India, where her skills in research, content analysis, documentation, and project delivery are effectively utilized. She leads the engagement with the Kuppam Area Development Authority (KADA), Government of Andhra Pradesh, as Project Manager, heading a team of eight. Her responsibilities include strategy development, stakeholder management, IT operations, and business development, driving innovative solutions for regional growth.Previously, with the GSWS Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Ms. Sadasivuni played a key role in welfare schemes, citizen services, and advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Her work in procurement and policy implementation significantly contributed to improving public welfare.Her experience with the Smart Cities Mission (SCM) under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs and the National Urban Digital Mission (NUDM) under NIUA further sharpened her data analytics capabilities. She managed multiple thematic tracks, transforming data-driven insights into actionable urban strategies.At the Swaniti Initiative, a USA-based non-profit, she worked as a Senior Policy Associate, supporting the Government of Andhra Pradesh\'s Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department. Her contributions influenced state and central policy formulation and implementation.Earlier, at LEA Associates South Asia Pvt. Ltd, a Canadian consulting firm, she served as Deputy Planner, working on Master Plans, Zonal plans, and GIS-based plans under AMRUT & Smart Cities projects in India & Oman. This phase deepened her understanding of urban spatial structures and planning.She began her career as a Trainee Architect with NAVIN Architects, gaining hands-on experience in residential, commercial, interior, and landscape projects, fostering her design acumen and practical architectural skills.
