John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group - Responsible for Validation & Test Engineering activities such as debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing test programs and processes for high-fidelity ESAs and components such as Displays, Sensors, Controllers and Power Electronics. Day-today activities involve performing environmental, mechanical, vibration, accelerated life, and electrical test procedures on components, creating test plans in alignment, documenting test results, supporting instrumentation of various power electronic components, supporting test fixture & harness builds, scheduling and conducting thermal, vibration, shock, accelerated life, and electrical tests. Experienced and capable of using lab test equipment such as DMMs, Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, and Spectrum Analyzers to troubleshoot systems down to the component level. Proficient in developing and modifying LabVIEW code for various test systems, developing functional and diagnostic requirements, and performing supportive electrical bench testing & vehicle verification.
