At Microsoft, I help our customers embark on their digital transformation journey and accelerate their transition to the cloud. I achieve this by driving customer conversations, leveraging Agile & Scrum strategies to remove blockers, facilitate quick development work & provide value on multi-million-dollar priority customer accounts.Responsible for collaboratively defining and implementing a multi-year digital transformation strategy in Azure with internal team members and customers. Effectively engaging with a variety of customers across industries, and leverage technical skills in Power BI, T-SQL and Azure Data Factory and Databricks to exceed customer expectations and drive value on an ongoing basis.Some of my highlights in this role include-Leading and organizing a holistic onboarding program for ASPIRES (New Hires) in FY23 with the goal to get the ASPIRES billable ready and provide them with Technical Training to add value to customers-Team Canada Leader for Industry Solutions and AC & AI Global 2021 GIVE campaigns, bringing together all of Industry Solutions globally for the first time as well as driving AC & AI initiatives across entire Americas Time Zone for the first time (raised over $1M)- Participating in a Microsoft-wide initiative to unit test and provide feedback on a new Diversity and Inclusion Learning Path: D&I Basics, Informed Allies Quest, and the Gender and Sexual Orientation Path.
