Currently employed as a Human Resources Coordinator with HID Global since August 2021. Duties include recruiting and onboarding; assuring all new hire activities are in preparation to onboard new employees. Assist in the coordination of meetings and interviews. Act as liaison between agencies and hiring managers and support staff with HR related issues and direct them to appropriate departments. Working closely with hiring managers and business leaders and assist with any requisitions, temp managing, in addition to maintaining and updating HR records and employee files. I have over seven years experience of customer service in retail, hospitality, and administration. I was employed with Austin Country Club from August 2013 - August 2021 and held various roles within. Started off as a Head Kids Camp lead, to Head Bartender, to Human Resources Assistant, and Receptionist. I have assisted in numerous tasks such as, inventory and many office administration duties.Throughout my time at Austin Country Club I was awarded Employee of the month three times — 2015, 2017, and 2020 as well as the Employee of the Year Award in 2017.Bilingual — English/Spanish
