Research and contact Healthcare Professionals on daily basis• Used recruiting tools: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Indeed, Career Builder, Monster, Next, Zip Recruiter, to find new leads, and post jobs etc. • Create a talent pipeline by maintain database of future candidates• Work closely with account managers pertaining to job priorities • Conduct Phone Interviews/prescreening for potential placements • Communicating efficiently with employers and employees ensuring the needs of both are met in a timely and effective manner• Experience in cold calling and/or referrals for candidates • Review resumes daily for best candidates • Coordinate interviews/site tours • Maintain list of assigned jobs; keeping up to date • Deal with high stress situations with physicians and last minute on-boarding • Coordinate credentialing/on-boarding process for consultants coming on board • Coordinate travel arrangements, time sheets for working candidates• Work closely with placed candidates on client satisfaction etc.
