   As Co-Founder and Site Director, I oversee the strategic, operational, and business development efforts of Omnicure Clinical Research, a purpose-driven Phase I–IV multi-specialty site in South Florida. My role combines clinical expertise with leadership to ensure high-quality execution of trials, rapid start-up, and strong sponsor and CRO partnerships.Key Highlights:Oversee site operations including study start-up, regulatory compliance, patient recruitment, and QA readiness.Lead and mentor a team of board-certified Principal Investigators, Sub-Investigators, coordinators, and staff.Manage sponsor and CRO relationships, including CDA/CTA negotiations, feasibility reviews, and budgets.Built a network of eight board-certified investigators across multiple specialties, strengthening trial capabilities.Secured and advanced multiple Phase I–IV studies in pulmonology, gastroenterology, psychiatry, vaccines, infectious disease, and more.Led the integration of a subcontracted 24-bed Phase I inpatient facility with PK/IV suites and specialized equipment to support early-phase trials.Driving expansion initiatives including an Endocrinology vetted facility in Jupiter, FL, and scaling operations in Orlando to extend statewide coverage.Developed site capabilities materials, feasibility forms, and recruitment pipelines to strengthen sponsor engagement.Designed and implemented digital and physician-referral campaigns to boost patient recruitment performance.Actively participated in major industry conferences including MAGI, DIA, ADA, Alzheimer’s Association, SOS, World Obesity Congress, Vaccine Congress, and SCRS — where Omnicure is also a proud member — expanding sponsor and CRO partnerships while elevating brand visibility.
