About Sahil Molla

Chemical engineer with hybrid experience in plant operations and process engineering for large-scale plant build-out. I began my career at Reliance, managing SBR and PVC plants, troubleshooting real-time upsets and supporting shutdowns and start-ups — building a foundation in safety, reliability and operability.Currently, I work as a Process Engineer in Reliance’s Battery Materials division, contributing to a greenfield LFP Cathode Active Material facility. My role combines process engineering fundamentals with project execution: reviewing licensor data, defining process and utility requirements, engaging vendors and ensuring design decisions meet scale-up, flexibility and reliability expectations.I enjoy roles at the intersection of process engineering, operations insight and project delivery and am open to opportunities across energy, petrochemicals, advanced materials and next-generation manufacturing.
